HR Representative
Monitor, resolve, and respond to inquiries from the ATS and HRIS support mailboxes. Perform data updates, exports, imports, and data corrections within multiple HR systems. Execute, format, and deliver standard HR reports to cross-functional end users Provides backup support to the ATS administrator, such as creation/posting of requisitions and diagnosis/resolution of issues (e.g., system access, applicant processing, integrations, etc.) Run Daily Reports using relational database reporting tools such as MicroStrategy and Ultipro BI to deliver established reports to the business.
