Making the transition from a career in marketing to the dynamic field of information technology (IT) has been a rewarding and transformative journey for me. While working in marketing, I discovered an increasing fascination with the role of technology in shaping modern business landscapes. Travel to New Restaurant Openings (NRO) for installation, staging, and testing of all restaurant equipment & systems. Led a variety of projects like a TLP or NRO from conception to completion. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing project budgets and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Foster great relationships and collaborate with various vendors to ensure that data, construction, and equipments are completed. Reported regularly to managers on project budget, progress, and technical problems. Maintained open communication by presenting regular updates on project status to customers. Also analyzed project performance data to identify areas of improvement.

I was a part of an amazing team and worked together with them to help monitor, resolve, and respond to inquiries from the ATS and HRIS support mailboxes. We had to perform data updates, exports, imports, and data corrections within multiple HR systems like BI. Executed and delivered standard HR reports to cross-functional end users Provides backup support to the ATS administrator, such as creation/posting of requisitions and diagnosis/resolution of issues (e.g., system access, applicant processing, integrations, etc.) Run daily reports using relational database reporting tools such as MicroStrategy and Ultipro BI to deliver established reports to the business.
